Maximus is currently hiring for a CLINICAL REVIEWER! This role reviews clinical documentation and requests submitted by individuals and/or providers to determine appropriate level of care and/or prior authorization.

This position is full time and fully remote. The work schedule is monday-firday.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required

• Active LPN or RN licensure

• 2+ years related experience with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities or psychiatric nursing

• Effective communication skills and ability to follow directions

• Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people

• Ability to handle pressure and perform multiple tasks

• Must be able to (at minimum) type 35 WPM

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as Excel, Power Point, and Word

HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENTS:

• Reliable high-speed internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and 5 Mbps upload speed (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)

• Private work area with adequate power source

PAY TRANSPARENCY

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
