About the Opportunity The Data Integrity department supports advisors as they use our Client360°®, Practice360°®, and Investor360°® tools. These applications allow users to viewon a household, group of accounts, or account basisa clients portfolio, including balances, holdings, transaction activity, performance returns, and statements and confirms. These tools offer more than 50 reports, which can be run and manipulated on demand. The team is also responsible for maintaining Commonwealths proprietary performance reporting application, the PPS operating system, which involves troubleshooting issues that may arise and working with Technology when necessary. It also involves research with direct product sponsors and other companies that transfer data to Commonwealth. Our data integrity intern will be hands-on with us in the day-to-day work, collaborating on projects and researching issues related to client account information. Responsibilities Maintaining and analyzing account information received from direct product sponsor companies for advisors and clients to view in Client360° and Investor360° Troubleshooting data issues related to client account and sponsor data as they arise and working with direct sponsor companies to research data feed issues Participating in a cleanup project to correct historical performance return issues Learning the basic functions of all Data Integrity operations in order to assist with daily tasks as needed Qualifications Proficient in MS Office Suite Knowledge of the financial services industry preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional phone skills and active listening skills Critical thinking and analytical skills Organizational skills Process- and detail-oriented Patience with repetitive work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented and personable Reliable and dependable Ability to follow directions Diligent, dedicated, and focused Please note: This is a part-time position (1520 hours per week) during the school year and full-time (39.5 hours per week) during the summer.
