Performs the inspection and extensively documents the results of the inspection according to established Medicare and Office of Inspector General (OIG) guidelines; and perfoms other duties as required. Minimum Requirement - Education : Graduate of a college or university with a bachelors degree. Minimum Requirement - Experience : Must have three years of experience as a facility safety director, facility engineer, fire prevention inspector, insurance claims adjuster or in a job requiring knowledge of the federal Life Safety Code.
