We are currently seeking a Pricing Analyst in our Client Value and Practice Management department, under the supervision of the Director of Client Value Analytics, and with direction from Client Value Managers (“Managers”),
The position can reside in the Houston or New York office and will be responsible for supporting the firm’s practice groups and each group’s teams with pricing requests and fee estimates with the goal of raising the firm’s profitability, realization, and market share while helping to communicate and deliver the maximum and expected client value. The Analyst’s primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: (i) assisting with the development, evaluation and execution of the firm’s pricing strategies and fee estimates; (ii) helping ensure that pricing strategies are aligned with client needs; (iii) assisting with tracking, measuring and reporting the firm’s non-standard pricing arrangements in accordance with defined financial and business performance objectives. The Analyst will also support practice group analytics to help address defined financial performance objectives.

Required Skills Required Experience
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES:
Engineer in training (EIT) preferred.
Certifications/Credentials in Energy Management, Commissioning, Facilities Management, LEED, Project Management, and other related technical fields is a plus.
Passion for learning and applying skills in the fields of engineering, energy systems, data analytics, and business management.
Knowledge of building automation, controls, and/or utility SCADA systems is a plus.
Interpersonal skills to share ideas and information with the team and stakeholders; attentive and active listening and expresses ideas clearly and concisely in writing.
Use of data to predict and address hidden problems; able to solve complex problems and easily anticipate future scenarios to address issues and solutions and respond accordingly.
