    The VP Operations, Central/Midwest Region will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing and operations of the Central/Midwest territory. We are looking for a passionate individual with Senior Operations Management experience. You need the ability to build and elevate a team, communicate with departments across multiple states to drive sales, production and process improvements. This individual must be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to change priorities and tasks as needed. We have a very fast- paced environment as we continue to grow and expand. Must be motivated, trustworthy, and a team player. Comfortable in a start-up environment - willingness and interest to roll up sleeves to do whatever it takes to get work completed.

    • Lead production and operational management teams ensuring collaboration and cross-departmental efficiencies
    • Plan and monitor the day-to-day operations to ensure no interruptions in production
    • Create strategies to improve the efficiencies between Supply Chain, Production, Sales Operations, IT, Accounting and HR
    • Manage the overall welfare of the team; i.e. provide training and coaching and lead by example
    • Ensure the operations function in line with Curaleaf's mission and core values
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are intact and enforced
    • Lead weekly meetings with the management team to discuss supply/demand, new projects, and upcoming information
    • Oversee facility supply and packaging needs and facility/department/storage unit moves
    • Address company policy violations and work in conjunction with HR and direct managers to administer disciplinary action
    • Act as the main point of contact for security, and request all changes of security detail or SOP
    • Effective solutions-based attitude and management style
    • Strong ability to multitask and work through constant interruption
    • Strong project management skills and experience
    • Highly organized and meticulous
    • Ability to handle high-stress situations
    • Team-oriented and collaborative with a positive attitude
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills
    • Proficient in all Office Suites (Google, Microsoft Office)
    • Proven experience in creating systems and processes
    • Ability and willingness to travel and work weekends when needed
    • Must be over 21 years of age
    • At least 5 years' experience in Operations Management
    • Experience in a warehouse setting required
    • CANNABIS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE A PLUS
