  • Responsibilities
    • BYOD - bring your own device.

    • Both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

    • Provide callers with informed and objective responses to complex concerns in regards to eligibility guidelines and policies, access to care issues, and escalated concerns

    • Respond effectively to all forms of inbound and outbound contacts.

    • Process workflow documents, which include, income, identity, and other eligibility verification documents.

    • Accept new knowledge to policy and procedures concerning state programs and integrate it with resource materials to answer client concerns.

    • Handle escalated or more complex inbound and outbound call handling and processing of new and renewal applications

    • CSR’s handle inbound calls for the state of Massachusetts Medicaid program on services provided, eligibility, application, and health plan enrollment. All CSR’s will initially start training as an eligibility CSR and will receive additional skillset training for different call types.
