Temecula, CA office ?is looking for a? Land Development ? Engineering Intern to work during the upcoming summer. ? The?responsibilities of the intern will include working on multi-discipline projects performing everything from administrative tasks to minor calculations and design, using technical skills, experience and science based judgment to transform concept designs into construction drawings and technical specifications. Other duties include: Coordinating?projects with supervisor, project managers, and firm staff. Providing?sketches and/or layout information to design staff for incorporation into?the construction drawings. Becoming?familiar with AutoCAD and Civil 3D software. Assisting?with locating project specific information. Assisting?with administrative tasks, including filing, copying, and reviewing?drawings and reports. Performing project deliveries and pickups from local agencies and clients and conducting project research at the local utility districts.?? Qualifications: Applicants must be in the pursuit of an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, with at least 2+ years of completed course work Minimum GPA of 3.0 Taken a class in AutoCAD/Civil 3D Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Excel and Word Ability to communicate and work in a team oriented environment Land Development Jobs with DEA: Dave Evans built a successful professional services consulting firm based on his skill in designing residential communities.
