Education Technician - Martinsburg, WV - Overview Summary The primary purpose of this position is performing the duties of the Education/Learning Resource Department (ELRS) Office Program Support Assistant for the VAMC Martinsburg. The incumbent is responsible for the execution of administrative functions of ELRS with priority for the clinical services including simulation and REDi Programs. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and collaborating with other services, vendors , clinical trainees and guests of the Medical Center. This position serves as the key customer service representatives for the Education Learning Resource Section (ELRS)- Resuscitation Education Initiative (REDi) with the ability to address customer service needs both in person and electronically and to coordinate the day to day conference and education programs held both onsite and off station. This position is also as Administrator for the Talent Management System (TMS).
