Medical Admin Specialist (ADPAC) - Wilmington, DE - Overview Summary Common duties of the position include, but are not limited to: The incumbent will function as the full time ADPAC for a large service line. They will be responsible for computer access for all employees. They will develop and maintain end-user accounts to include identification of employee menu assignments, security key assignments and mail group assignment in accordance with policy. They will work in close coordination with the facility ADPAC as well as IT specialists and IRM service. They will perform troubleshooting functions on ADP equipment and network problems. They will test new clinical applications to determine if all menu options work properly and inform the IT specialist of findings. They will be responsible for development and implementation of service hardware/software error reporting procedures. They will be the liaison between Primary/Specialty medicine and the Information Resource Management Service (IRMS). The incumbent will exercise a high level of independent judgment in dealing with the problems on a day-to-day basis.
