position is located in Nursing Service, which provides guidance and
leadership in directing the total Nursing Service of this Medical
Center. The position will provide clerical support to an Associate Chief
of Nursing Service and timekeeping functions for a segmented portion of
Nursing Service employees as well as other Patient Care employees. In
the absence of the Nursing Service's other program clerk (who is
responsible for the timekeeping functions of the other portions of
Nursing Service employees and clerical support for the other Associate
Chiefs of Nursing Service), the incumbent relieves and assumes the
