The Management Analyst serves as the ADPAC coordinator, attending all meetings required and working closely with the Information Technology Service (ITS) and the Clinical Applications coordinator (CAC). Responsibilities The Management Analyst is the liaison between staff, medical school, and the community, and provides technical computer support; collect and analyze data; provides initial training and first line troubleshooting for computer related issues. Duties include, but are not limited to: Works closely with the CPRS implementation team to provide training materials and classes on new functionalities. Ensures forms are received in the appropriate services in a timely manner for Mental Health residents, Fellows, Medical Students and PA Students from affiliated schools. Solves technical computer hardware and software issues. Serves as a point of contact within the service on all matters relating to VISTA packages. Assigns menus, keys, user class, person class, and mail groups and clears verify and electronic signature codes as needed. Submits equipment requests, utilizing the Equipment Tracking Request system in VISTA to place requests for new equipment, equipment moves, new lines, etc. as needed. Assists the Administrative Officer in such duties as collecting and analyzing statistical data, maintenance of workload records, and other related duties. Conducts data maintenance of work load records. Obtains information from VISTA using File man and various VISTA reporting programs, downloads data into a usable format such as EXCEL, etc. Coordinates with the ITS, Medical Center Information Security Officer, and CAC in the development, maintenance, and exercise of computer contingency plans.
