qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the
closing date of this announcement, 05/02/2018. Time-In-Grade
Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held
a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade
requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-7

Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent

processing or eligibility determinations; - The interpretation of laws,
rules and/or regulations and the analysis of documents to determine

for: a State or Federal Agency, Insurance Company, Worker's
Compensation, Disability Retirement or Pension Program - Human Resource
positions which involved determining Employment Qualifications, Job
Classification, or determining eligibility for benefits. - Loan
Assistant/Specialist positions which involved loan eligibility
determinations - Quality Assurance Specialist - Auditor. OR, -
Education: Applicants may substitute education for the required
experience. To qualify based on education for the GS-7 level you must
have one full year of graduate level education or a bachelor's degree
with superior academic achievement. To qualify based on education for
the GS-9 level you must have a masters degree. OR - Combination:
Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at this
level. You must have an combination of specialized experience and
education beyond high school for GS-7 and beyond bachelors for GS-9. -
Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at the
GS-07 level. To calculate, first identify the percentage of education
you have earned (when substituting, you can use graduate level education
you have earned beyond a Bachelor's Degree). Then identify the
percentage of required experience you possess. Add the two percentages.
The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify for the
GS-07. A transcript must be submitted with your application if you are
basing all or part of your qualifications on education. You will be
