The incumbent is expected to obtain certification as a facility or master level PMDB trainer within 180 days of hire and to maintain this certification as a condition of employment. Will conduct PMDB training classes in conjunction with other facility trainers and will ensure an adequate number of qualified PMDB trainers are available for all classes. Collect and compile data for completion of the annual Workplace Behavioral Risk Assessment, a tool determining the level of PMDB training needs for employees based on their assigned duty station and specialty. Coordinates with PMDB facility trainers to schedule training through the Talent Management System (TMS) and submit the appropriate documentation in the Employee Education System (EES). Assist coordination and instruction in trainings for staff development, supervisor training and general staff professional development.
