Training Coordinator - Winston-salem, NC - Overview Summary The Training Coordinator serves as a training and quality review coordinator for Veterans Service Representatives VSRs and other technical and clerical personnel assigned to the Winston-Salem Regional Office, Veterans Service Center (VSC). This position has responsibility for planning, developing, directing, tracking and conducting operating training programs that provide for the development or advancement of individual employees. The incumbent develops and maintains the annual VSC Training Plan based on agency training initiatives, training requirements identified by VBA business lines in collaboration with Employee Development and Training (ED&T), locally identified training, and Guidance provided by ED&T and/or the business lines in the form of VBA and business line letters, conference calls, specific training based on national quality needs.
