    Experience : 0 Description : * Videos* DutiesHelp## Duties### SummaryIncumbent serves as a Budget Analyst for the Wilmington VA Medical Center with responsibilities of operating budget within all phases of program planning and analysis. Incumbent determines requirements and establishes priorities, provides guidance to managers and supervisors concerning formulation, planning, and execution of the operating budget.Learn more about this agency### Responsibilities* Monitors current financial data, workload, and FTEE status against medical center plan and established goals. Identifies potential problem variances and provides data/analysis to related service line managers and business officer manager.* Provides director's office, business office manager, and service line managers with budgetary, FTEE, financial and other data needed in monitoring medical center status and determining manpower levels, repair projects, facility improvements, etc.* Service as a liaison and point of contact for budgetary process within the medical center for the offices of Payroll, Accounting, Human Resources,MCA, Travel, Engineering, Logistics, control points and Medical service lines.* Provides advice on all aspects of the interpretation and application of VA guidelines for the budget execution process to the above.
