  • Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and track policies, procedures, and work instructions throughout the Controlled Document Process.
    • Ensure all documents within the Controlled Document system are managed appropriately and updated according to approved processes, including thorough assessment and tracking of revision histories.
    • Assist in maintenance of documentation and identification of changes that may be required due to project Change Requests and new initiatives.
    • Monitor and report on the Controlled Document Process (both internally and externally) and recommend improvement opportunities.
    • Interface with management and cross-functional project staff to determine appropriate impact area for each policy, procedure, and work instruction.
    • Identify and classify all documentation based on documentation type and control type required, as well as identify all document associations.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
    • May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
    • Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope & complexity.
    • General application of concepts & principles.
    • Contributes to the completion of organizational projects & goals.
    • Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
    • Applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
    • Communicates on complex or sensitive issues or drafts such responses for supervisor or manager.
    • High School diploma with 4+ years of experience, or Associate degree with 2+ years' experience.
    • May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience with organizing information and educational resources.
    • Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues.
    • Understands implications or work and makes recommendations for solutions.
    • Communicates on complex or sensitive issues or draft such responses for supervisor or team lead.
