What youll do: Act as a first point of contact for employees in regards to any HR issue. Provide full administrative support to Chief People Office, including calendar management, travel, and expenses. Assist Payroll and Benefits Manager with Payroll Processing, Employee Benefits, Benefits Open Enrollment and COBRA administration. Maintain all Employee Personnel files and internal employee profile system (Ncompass) and ensure that they are always up to date, confidential and in compliance with legal requirements. Support and take ownership (when required) of any HR related activities like performance management, new hire process, badge assignment/tracking, background checks, terminations, PTOs, recognition etc. Maintain State and Federal Compliance requirements I.E.: EEO-1 Annual Survey, Assist with Recruiting, job postings, interviews, offer letters, as needed. Schedule and assist with new hire onboarding activities for employees in the Atlanta office. Maintain Department expense reports and accounting processes. Heres what we think youll need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Organizational Behavior. 2+ years of HR Coordinator or Administrator experience Ability to communicate effectively with various types of people, multi-task, and thrive in a time critical environment. Advance knowledge of the MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Visio. Knowledge of all Human Resources functions with ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, time management, and negotiation skills. Working Knowledge of ADP-Workforce Now Strict adherence to confidentiality and high ethical standards.
