  • Responsibilities

    Strategic Programs team is responsible for the full scope of HR processes to develop, motivate and retain high-performing employees.

    As the Employee Experience Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in high priority initiatives and programs. These responsibilities will include internal projects, group initiatives related to employee engagement and development, managing employee data, and more.

    Responsibilities:

    • Be involved in employee discussions around feedback and continuous improvement and assist with development of new engagement ideas for employee morale
    • Develop marketing and advertising campaigns (internal and external communication) and then present recommendations to the team.
    • Support company announcements with executive messages, intranet stories and pop-up virtual events.
    • Event planning, promotion, and virtual/on-site execution including design, set up, event administration.
    • Support high profile events planning such as the Maximus Leadership Conference and employee engagement event.
  • Qualifications
    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
    • Preferred fields of study: Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field of study.
    • Self-motivated with a strong work initiative and attention to detail.
    • Strong customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated experience collaborating in a team environment.
    • Passion for learning with a wide degree of creativity and curiosity.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Office 365 applications
