Job Description

ROLE: SCANNER OPERATOR (ENTRY LEVEL) SHIFT TIMING: 6:30AM - 3:00PM WED-SUN; OFF MON/TUES

QUALIFICATIONS:

• This is an entry level document scanning position in “Lockbox Operations” with a 3 month training program and opportunity for advancement
• Fast paced environment working with a tremendous team and teammates
• Once trained, part of the team that is responsible for the day-to-day scanning and imaging of documents received via US mail
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs without accommodations
• Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned
• Competency in performing multiple tasks

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required

• Adhere to policies and procedures.
• Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
• Understand and live the values that support our culture.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Basic PC knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
