- Career Information Program Management: Oversee the Career Information Program at your duty station, providing Sailors with information on career paths, promotions, and benefits.
- Service Record Maintenance: Manage and maintain Enlisted Service Records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Personnel Transfers & Separations: Assist with the personnel transfer process, separations, retirements, and assignments to new commands, ensuring smooth transitions for Sailors.
