Juvenile Division Training Specialist I - Family Court, Juvenile Branch
Job Description
Position Summary
This is technical work conducting in‑service training programs and assisting with training program development for the Juvenile Division of Family Court. An employee in this class is required to accumulate knowledge on various subject matters related to the operations of the Juvenile Division and Juvenile Probation Department of Family Court and be able to convey that knowledge in a clear, cohesive, and effective manner to appropriate staff.
A significant aspect of the work is devising effective means of motivating and instructing employees. Work is performed under the direction of the Juvenile Division Training Administrator and higher-level superiors. Assignments call for evaluative thinking and are performed in accordance with functional precedents, practices, and policies of the FJD and Family Court Division. Training programs are developed to aid employees and Managerial and Administrative staff in achieving their objectives.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
