    Description & Requirements

    Maximus is looking to hire a Knowledge Manager/Technical Writer.

    This position is remote with occasional travel to the work site in Alexandria, Virginia required. The selected candidate must have a Public Trust clearance or be able to successfully pass a government-sponsored Public Trust clearance process.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    - Demonstrate technical research and fix technical issues in computer/operational systems, network, applications, etc.
    - Apply acquired technical skills and knowledge of applicable policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
    - Escalate more complex technical issues to more experienced technicians.
    - Participate in special projects as required.

    Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    - Maintains the knowledge base

    - Writes and updates SOP’s

    - Updates process documentation

    - Ensures agents have current guidelines and that new policies are updated in workflows

    - Reviews and receives update/change requests from agents or management

    - Works closely with Training and Quality to ensure policies are aligned

    - Other duties as assigned

    Minimum Requirements

    - High School diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience.
    - May have additional training or education in area of specialization.

    Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
    - Due to contract requirements candidates must be U.S. citizens without dual citizenship with another country.

    - Additionally, candidates must have an active Public Trust clearance or be able to successfully pass a government-sponsored Public Trust clearance process.

    - High School Diploma or equivalent

    - 2 years experience with DTMO TAC related policies, procedures, nomenclature, and guidelines

    - Experience with DTMO TAC processes, policies and systems

    - Working knowledge of DTMO terminology

    - Ability to create knowledge articles to assist analysts and specialists

    - Must be able to travel as needed to work site in Alexandria, VA

    Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

    - Experience writing knowledge articles for DTMO TAC

    - Excellent written and oral communications and presentation skills.

    - Ability to work independently

    - Ability to work in a high paced work environment

    - Ability to hit goals and deadlines
