• Collaborate with Brand, Trade Marketing and Field Sales to develop a shopper marketing strategy for the business based on shopper insights
• Aid Brand, Trade Marketing and Field Sales from planning, implementing and evaluating effective and efficient trade merchandising and promotions that are attuned to PC shopper behavior
• Develop strategic programs that will meet brand objectives in trade
• Develop aptly designed point of sale materials for use in store
• Formulate, execute and monitor picture of success for each brand encompassing assortment, merchandising and activation across all retail touch points in trade
• Support in delivering committed sales for total BU per category

Required Skills Required Experience

• College graduate
• At least 2-year experience in a field sales position, FMCG experience is an advantage, but not required
• Has an understanding of trade operations and behavior (accounts, shopper, etc)
• Ability to drive is required; and should be comfortable with heavy traveling
• Must possess good analytical and interpersonal skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• 18+ years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to anticipate needs of coworkers and passengers in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and understand and interpret flight schedule and airline flight destination information.
• Very good communication, organization and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft office suite and familiarity with airline applications (AIMS, Navitaire)
• Must have the ability to work flexible work hours including availability to work holidays and weekends
• Applicants must be able to pass a mandatory drug screening, complete a ten-year background and security check, hold a valid driver's license and a good driving record, can work flexible hours including shifts, weekends and holidays.
