The CCO Timecard Administrator (TCA) will provide document and data handling support by reviewing and processing timecard information received via email or a ticketing system. Essential Job Duties • Fill in billable and leave-time for incomplete timecards as requested by a supervisor/manager • Proxy-sign timecards for employees when directly requested to do so by the employee's Supervisor/Manager • Assist employees to enter hours on their timecards when they are unexpectedly absent and do not have access to TKS to enter their time • Change hours entered and re-open proxy-signed timecards at the direction of management • Timecard corrections for terminated employees and employees on LOA • Answer basic and complex timekeeping questions and escalate and track issues to CQA employer finance or payroll for resolution • Refer supervisors and managers to CQA employer Human Capital, Help Desk, Finance, TKS support for system issues or other escalations • Develop thorough knowledge of all CQA and Maximus timekeeping policies and procedures • Develop reporting to track, analyze and support timecard completion and accuracy of data entered into TKS • Prepare, sort and track source documents and identify and interpret data to be keyed • Key alphabetic, numeric or symbolic data from source documents following format displayed on computer screen • Compare data entered with source documents or reenter data in verification format on screen to detect errors • Maintain and develop processing procedures and streamline operations • Identify process improvements and data flow problems • Perform various clerical duties • Support employer and program timekeeping initiatives such as compliance reporting and timekeeping audits • Adhere to and promote CQA and employer timekeeping policies and procedures • Adhere to Ethics, Security and procedures protecting customer information • Adhere to current and modified processing procedures, contractual commitment processing time and provide a high level of quality Education and Experience Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent required • Minimum one (1) year customer service/help desk/administrative/telemarketing experience required • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy is required • Previous experience with timecard administration is preferred • Demonstrated customer service, leadership, and team interaction skills preferred • Ability to handle confidential information and materials in an appropriate manner • Ability to accurately perform data entry - 30 words per minute (40 preferred) • Ability to read, understand and interpret information • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram format • Ability to work and operate under pressure, multi-task and effectively set priorities • Ability to deal effectively and courteously with others in a team setting • Experience using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook • Read and write English clearly and professionally In accordance with contractual requirements: Employment and continued employment is contingent upon obtaining and maintaining a favorable initial and final suitability determination, which will be decided in the sole discretion of the Census Bureau. Ability to pass United State Census Bureau suitability assessment. Sponsorship: MAXIMUS is unable to provide visa sponsorship in support of 2020 CQA Program. Residency requirement: Non-citizens must possess a valid and non-expired Permanent Resident Card or Employment Authorization Card. The suitability assessment requires residency in the United States for a cumulative period of three (3) years over a five-year period ending with the date of the security application prior to starting work in support of the 2020 CQA program.
