Candidate will update Database/Spreadsheets with User Group identifiable information and location. The intern will develop various spreadsheets to track and document MWRA Assets. The Intern will perform data entry and verify MWRA assets against MIS Asset Database. The Intern Works under the supervision of an MIS Manager. Responsibilities Control Desk Data load Preparation including data entry and analysis and data scrubbing Develop spreadsheet to review, track verify assets Assist with preparation and submission of report on state of MWRA assets Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs) Physical Inventory of Hardware, Software & Peripherals Travel to Various MWRA Locations Assist with research and preparation of technical reports Qualifications College computer science or finance major. Proficiency with Excel & MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently. Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills required.
