    Quality Coordinator IDD Job Locations US-TN-Franklin Posted Date 7 days ago (12/28/2018 1:57 PM) Requisition ID 2018-36749 # of Openings 1 Job Schedule Regular Full-Time Responsibilities -The job requires a bachelors degree in Health, Human Services, Sociology, Psychology, or related field, or current RN licensure. -The job requires at least two (2) years of experience working directly with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). -Conduct quality management processes on assessments completed by contracted field assessors and/or other clinical reviewers to ensure assessments adhere to state-directed criteria. -Cross-train with another Quality Coordinator within the company as identified by the Division Manager. -Attend and participate in scheduled contract, committee, and all-staff meetings. The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience High School Diploma with 0-2 years of experience. May have additional training or education in area of specialization. Works on assignments that are routine in nature, with responsibilities easily learned on the job. Acquires job skills and learns applicable policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. Able to read, understand & perform assignments within prescribed guidelines. Communicates routine information in a clear and accurate way with internal & external contacts.
