    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   Must have a Bachelor's degree or above with 18 semester hours in field.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

    • Teach courses in accordance with college and departmental policies and procedures, as well as Basic Course  Information sheets.
    • Prepare and submit timely grade reports and other reports on student performance as may be scheduled or required.
    • Organize class activities and assignments, relating them to the overall learning outcomes of the course.
    • Provide input and work with other faculty and staff to review, produce and/ or select course-related materials.

     

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • Extensive knowledge of the subject area(s) in which the individual is responsible for instruction.
    • Knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of effective communication and of effective instruction.
    • Knowledge and understanding of the characteristics and challenges of community college students.
    • Knowledge and understanding of principles of curriculum development.
    • Computer literate and able to navigate in a Windows environment.

    Enjoy the flexibility of telecommuting as practiced by the hiring work unit as an Program Manager in the Revenue Generation & Partnership Development department. The Revenue Management Department is looking for a self-directed individual with demonstrated leadership skills in a Program Manager role. The ideal candidate will lead the concession planning, revenue generation projects and;

    1. Collaborates with stakeholders and management to develop, evaluate and provide strategic recommendations on programs and services offered to passengers; collaborates on space management, allocation, planning, and design; manages and monitors tenant improvement and development projects; 
    2. Plans, integrates and directs staff and consultants’ on asset management programs and projects; directs the analysis and development of contracts, negotiates contracts with tenants;
    3. Facilitates project definitions, goals and deliverables; develops project plans and reviews deliverables; ensures the completion of projects on schedule and within budget; reviews and approves reports, contract documents, project plans and correspondence; prepares financial and business models;
    4. Evaluates complex business and financial models and makes strategic recommendations for concessions planning; ensures work objectives and impacts with financial and operational requirements; participates in short and long term non-aviation revenue processes enhancement;
    5. Drafts and executes complex and sensitive Requests for Proposals, Requests for Qualification, Requests for Statements of Interest, and similar documents and processes related to, concession planning, revenue generation projects, and ensuring lease compliance; completes other tasks as assigned.

     COMPETENCIES:

    1. Aviation-related real estate development, asset management, property management and/or airport management experience is preferred;
    2. Proven results establishing strong interpersonal business relationships at all levels and across diverse cultures; effectively facilitate service delivery;
    3. Demonstrated capability in navigating and simplifying complex operational agreement processes and manage multiple concurrent initiatives;
    4. Experience with commitment towards outcomes and to ensure favorable customer experience are maintained;
    5. Aptitude to work independently and demonstrated sound judgment in ambiguous situations; demonstrated aptitude to deliver results in a matrixed, cross-functional organization;
    6. Ability to think strategically, synthesize business/financial data and develop innovative solutions
    7. Willingness and capacity to dig into detail to manage program operations and ensure successful program delivery;
    8. Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
    9. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel.
