  • Responsibilities

    Assist in the development, or be responsible for developing the schedule from the design phase through procurement, construction, commissioning, validation, and occupancy. Provide support to several projects at once by creating proposal and baseline schedules, updating and maintaining them throughout the project life cycle. The involvement a Scheduler will have on a project will be determined by the size and complexity of a project.

    • Ability to maximize the use of current software;
    • Innovative mindset, finding ways to become more efficient;
    • Must be able to work independently, as well as part of a team;
    • Self-motivated, collaborative, assertive;
    • Ability to interact with all members of project team: subcontractors, field staff, client, etc.;
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills;

    Required Experience

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related degree;
    • 5+ years of similar construction scheduling experience or equivalent combination of training and/or related experience;
    • Thorough use and knowledge of diversified schedule engineering systems, principles and practices, particularly Primavera P6 software;
    • Comprehensive knowledge of current scheduling industry standards and practices;
