Primary function of this position is sending notification for diagnostic testing that are scheduled by printing and stuffing envelope for the purpose of processing claimant appointment packages (CAPs).
This is an onsite position located in Houston, TX.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The daily processing of claimant appointment packets to include all printing, stuffing, and shipping;
The daily processing of sending out CAPS to each Veteran for appointments scheduled via email, FedEx, USPS, or Express mail
Sending out CAPS to each Veteran for appointments scheduled via email, FedEx, USPS, or Express mail
Maintaining inventory of critical supplies for printer.
Strict adherence to time schedules and timelines;
Responsible for resending CAPS that are rejected due to incorrect address, relocating or never receiving notice.
Adhere to company's Standard of Conduct at all times
Respond in a timely manner to requests to resend CAPS for appointments scheduled via email, FedEx, USPS, or Express mail
Ensure all emails sent to the shared Diagnostic CAPPER inbox are handled, or passed to correct person to handle the email.
Carefully inspects each Veteran name and address to ensure accuracy and consistency with system information.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend meetings as required;
Ability to lift boxes and supplies weighing 20-30 lbs.;
Must abide by HIPAA regulations by maintaining confidentiality of records and personal information;
Read and respond to emails in a timely manner;
Other duties as assigned.
