    Description & Requirements

    Maximus is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead our Health Benefits Call Center. In this role, you'll ensure contract compliance, manage cost-effective operations, oversee audits and reporting, and drive performance across teams and subcontractors. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to implement policies, improve service delivery, and solve complex challenges while making a meaningful impact in the healthcare space.

    You must reside in the state of WA, preferably in the Olympia area

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    - Ensure project compliance with all operational requirements of the contract as well as corporate policies.

    - Manage all project tasks to ensure cost-effective operations.

    - Supervise subcontractors that provide services to programs.

    - Oversee audits of operations.

    - Produce monthly client and ad hoc reporting as needed.

    - Collaborate with other managers to ensure effective coordination of activities.

    - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in collaboration with other key stakeholders.

    - Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.

    - Oversee the development and implementation of innovative methodologies to improve service levels and overall operation efficiency.

    - Collaborate with other functional areas to ensure compliance.

    - Monitor performance against key indicators established internally or by the client(s).

    - Generate solutions to issues or complex problems.

    - Develop performance goals and objectives for staff and monitor achievement of those goals.

    - Perform other duties as assigned.

    - experience in state based Health Care Exchange preferred

    - knowledge of Medicaid programs preferred

    - Managing large scale operations required

    - Must reside in state of WA, Olympia preferred

    Minimum Requirements

    - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Program Specific Requirements:

    - Experience in state based Health Benefits Exchange preferred

    - Knowledge of Medicaid programs preferred

    - Call Center experience preferred

    - Experience managing large scale operations in a healthcare environment required

    - Must live in the state of WA, Olympia preferred

    - Willing to work onsite in our Olympia, WA office as needed

    - Willing to travel within the state and to other states as needed occasionally

    Pay Transparency

    Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.

    $95,000.00
