• Assists in the collecting and testing of specimen samples for SARS-CoV2
• Handles sample processing, RNA extraction, real-time PCR plate set-up, data analysis, and troubleshooting of protocols
• Ensures complete and accurate recording of experimental data; performs detailed computation 
• Performs laboratory experiments while observing Good Laboratory Practices (GCP)

Required Skills

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology
• Licensed medical technologist
• Proficient in molecular diagnostic techniques
• Good at problem solving, critical thinking, and attention to details
• Well-versed in several computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)

Required Experience

• At least one (1) year of experience as medical technologist in a clinical/hospital laboratory or other diagnostic facility
