Job Description
Position Summary
The Community Engagement and Outreach Special Assistant serves as Philly311 liaison to City Council supporting councilmembers om addressing constituents concerns. This role is responsible for delivering training on the 311 Partner Portal and attending community meetings presenting Philly311 and how it serves the community. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about community service and able to attend scheduled community events and meetings.
Essential Functions
The Community Engagement and Outreach Special Assistant is responsible for fostering relationships between the City of Philadelphia and the communities it serves. This role involves outreach, program development, partnership building, and effective communication to promote community involvement and support the City of Philadelphia goals.

Salary Range: $50,000 to $60,000
