Maximus is currently seeking a Policy Education & Training Specialist for a bid opportunity.
This program supports the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) in overseeing the national organ transplant system through the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN). The OPTN establishes policies that ensure organs are allocated fairly and based on medical need, with a strong focus on transparency, data-driven decision-making, and equitable outcomes.
In this role, you will support the design, development, and delivery of training programs that enable stakeholders to effectively participate in policy development and implementation. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create learning materials, develop onboarding and ongoing training, and ensure content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with program requirements. This role requires strong instructional design expertise, creativity, and the ability to translate complex policy concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.
This position is highly collaborative and requires coordination across teams to ensure training materials are delivered effectively and continuously improved based on feedback and program needs.
This is a remote position. Please note that this position is contingent upon bid award.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
