YOUR ROLE AT PFH:

As a Maintenance Worker, you are responsible for general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. You will:

• Inspect premises daily to insure that all safety and sanitation requirements are being maintained (i.e. broken electrical plates, light bulbs, etc.)
• Maintain interior of facility by repairing holes in walls, painting, etc. Complete general carpentry work as needed.
• Complete all work orders received in a timely manner.
• Maintain agency equipment and appliances or arrange for outside assistance for repair.
• Inspect and clean return air vents and air conditioning/furnace filters monthly.
• Maintain exterior of facility by removing trash from facility, trimming bushes, watering flowers, and weeding if needed.
• Assist Risk Management with inspecting first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting monthly (including vehicles).

WE THINK YOU'D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• High School education or equivalent; OR

• Two (2) years responsible employment history with an emphasis on previous maintenance experience
