    YOUR ROLE AT PFH:

    As a School Teams Coordinator, you are responsible for providing prevention and early intervention services to local school districts, this includes training, curriculum (groups and presentations), assessments, referral facilitation and consultation, and reporting /documenting outcomes as needed by funder. You will:

    • Initiate annual strategic plans with district to identify needs in order to meet each districts individualized needs
    • Deliver approved prevention curriculum in multiple school districts
    • Plan and prepare lessons, including gathering necessary teaching tools to enhance the delivery of prevention curriculum
    • Provide individual and group services in school, camp and community setting
    • Document all services provided in accordance with the contract and complete requested outcomes for groups and individuals by the 5th of the following month.
    • Provide prevention training to administrators, educators, other faculty, students, family members, and community members.

    WE THINK YOU'D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

    • Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master's Degree in social work, counseling, criminal justice, psychology, or human service related field; OR

    • Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in social work, counseling, public health, criminal justice, psychology or human service related field, who has at least one (1) year professional experience in a social service agency;

    • Minimum two (2) years' experience providing alcohol, tobacco and other drugs prevention programming for youth. At least one (1) year, this may be included in the two years' experience, as a site coordinator or other position with primary responsibility for day-to-day prevention program implementation.
