The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) of Brightli is growing and hiring our next DEI Business Partner in the St. Louis Region of Missouri!

We are searching for an engaging and effective DEI practitioner and collaborator to implement and maintain the organization's diversity, equity, inclusion initiatives and strategy, in our St. Louis Region, while supporting the overall DEI mission of Brightli. This role reports to the head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Brightli, and is a member of, and collaborator with, the St. Louis Regional Leadership team to bring Brightli's companywide DEI strategy to life through tangible action tailored to specific regional needs
Your role:
As a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Business Partner, you will implement and maintain Brightli's DEI Strategic Plan within the St. Louis Region, in collaboration with the Regional Leadership team and the Office of DEI.
You will:
Employment: recruiting, retention, training, employee relations, engagement communications, employee satisfaction and feedback,
Collaborating closely with HR in support of employees, culture and the organization,
Program: engagement, support, training, satisfaction, feedback.
Collaborating closely with all operational leaders to support employees, clients, the community and the organization.
Client Experience: engagement, support, training, satisfaction, feedback.
Collaborating closely with Client Experience leadership and teams, as well as clients and the community.
Community: engagement, support, training, satisfaction, feedback.
Collaborating closely with the community to best support inclusive employment and care. Coordinating organizational involvement, and leading participation, in community events. These events may fall outside of the typical work week and time adjustment will be discussed with the supervisor.
