    YOUR ROLE AT PFH:

    As a Behavior Analyst, you are responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring of behavioral

    support service delivery.  You will:

    • Conducts various descriptive and systematic behavioral and skill-based assessments of problematic behavior through Functional Behavior Assessments.
    • Prepares Behavior Support Plans based on behavior analytic interpretations of results of assessments and designs comprehensive ABA treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and behavior analytic research literature.
    • Provides training and supervision of the implementation of Behavior Support Plans to all responsible parties tasked with implementation of behavior analytic interventions.
    • Provides monitoring of treatment effectiveness through data-driven progress monitoring.
    • Effectively communicates with treatment team members regarding client progress.
    • Collaborates with family and treatment team members to provide effective treatment.
    • Provides professional clinical services to PFH clients including assessment, referral, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
    • Attend and actively participate in supervision sessions with the Director of ABA Services.

    WE THINK YOU'D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

    • Eligibility for this position requires a graduate degree from an accredited graduate program in behavioral health-related field rendering eligibility for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
    • Experience with developmental disability/mental health populations preferred.
    • Training on Applied Behavioral Analysis techniques preferred.
    • Graduate degree in a field rendering eligibility for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure.

    _Applicant must be willing to become licensed in additional states, other than the state currently licensed in. Applicant must be willing and comfortable with providing telehealth services to the individuals we serve. _
