YOUR ROLE AT PFH:

As a Therapist, you will provide professional behavioral health clinical services to clients. The Therapist is an important part of the treatment team and provides case consultation and assistance to paraprofessionals associated with the client. Services are provided in community-based settings.  You will:

• Provide professional clinical services to clients including assessment, referral, treatment planning, counseling, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and follow-up care in the office and in community settings.
• Collaborates with the treatment team to ensure proper coordination and delivery of prescribed interventions and objectives as presented in treatment plan.
• Ensure client receives individualized and age appropriate therapeutic interventions for individual, group, family and case management services as prescribed in the treatment plan.
• Complete all clinical and administrative documentation in a timely and ethical manner and in accordance with policies.
• Attend and actively participate in professional staffing session with the Regional Director, or Clinical Advisor.
• Be available for individual supervision as required by the Regional Director or Clinical Advisor.

WE THINK YOU'D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family, or a Nursing degree with one year of supervised behavioral health/experience.
• If you are a clinician or register nurse you must be licensed within their professions by their respective Oklahoma State Boards.
