• Lend a Helping Hand: Provide direct support to clients in their daily activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and other essential tasks.
• Medication Mastery: Follow medication policies diligently and collaborate closely with our trained nursing staff to ensure safe and proper medication administration.
• Journey with Care: Occasionally, be the lifeline for our clients' transportation needs, whether it's for medical appointments, recreational activities, or other important destinations.
• Crisis-Ready: Train to de-escalate and effectively manage crisis situations, equipped with the skills to make a real difference.

Your Qualifications Shine with Us If You Have:

• A High School education or equivalent and a two-year history of responsible employment.
• Exceptions to the qualifications can be considered by our Executive Team member.
• Access to a reliable vehicle for client transportation.

Our Essentials:

This role involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects, including the human body.

Employment is conditional upon the successful completion of appropriate background checks, including criminal history and abuse/neglect records, a motor vehicle driving record check, education and license/certification verification (if applicable), and employment/personal reference checks.
