    Your role at PFH :

    PFH is seeking a Qualified Addiction Professional to join our Centralized Onboarding Team. This position will conduct initial client evaluations and provide recommendations for services based on individualized strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences identified during the assessment.

    • Thorough knowledge of caseload management and rehabilitation methods, principles, and techniques, as they relate to mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
    • Knowledge of the problems encountered by persons with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
    • Considerable knowledge of the methods and modalities as well as the legal requirements and court procedures related to treating mental health and substance use disorders.
    • Ability to establish rapport with client/patient population.
    • Capable of employing methods and counseling techniques in an effective manner to assist clients/patients to engage in recovery and improve overall functioning.
    • Capable of communicating ideas clearly and effectively verbally and in writing to produce clear and concise reports.
    • Knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of the program to which the associate is assigned.

    We think you'd be great for this role if you have:

    • Missouri: Hold the credentials of a Qualified Addiction Professional as defined by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc. (MCB)

      • Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC), Certified Reciprocal Alcohol Drug Counselor (CRADC), Certified Reciprocal Advanced Alcohol Drug Counselor (CRAADC), or Registered Alcohol Drug Counselor (RADC), Certified Criminal Justice Addictions Professional (CCJP); or
      • SQP (Satop Qualified Professional) credential through the MCB (preferred - will assist in gaining credential)
