    Your role at PFH :

    As the Compliance Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to the Compliance department for the effective implementation and coordination of compliance programs and policies.

    You will:

    • Keep abreast of laws, regulations, corporate policies and procedures, and industry best practices including HIPAA and CFR Part 2 and assist in the management and maintenance of crosswalks and FAQ's as necessary.
    • Assist department to regularly monitor and trend regional or service line compliance related activities and work with Directors of Compliance/Compliance Partners to develop and implement mitigation strategies in regard to practices identified as being at risk for non-compliance and ensure maintenance of documentation.
    • Work in conjunction with the Directors of Compliance/Compliance Partners and the compliance team to ensure consistent and effective implementation of compliance policies and initiatives .Assists with committee minutes or policy management as necessary.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferred
    • Experience in Mental Health and/or Substance Use Disorder services, preferred.
    • Experience in healthcare related compliance, preferred.
