    Your role at PFH :

    As a Regional HR Partner, you are responsible for facilitating various HR-related functions for the designated region including: recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, orientation, training, performance management, and associate engagement. You will:

    • Manage and enforce HR related policies, procedures, programs and initiatives for assigned region.
    • Provides assistance with recruitment activities such as: posting open job positions on PFH website and other job boards; collects/disseminates applications to hiring managers.
    • Maintain recruitment records according to policy.
    • Attend career fair events and professional conferences as requested to recruit potential associates.
    • Complete background checks, reference checks, or other screenings on current associates and applicants as directed in policy/procedure.
    • Facilitate new hire orientation and collects new hire paperwork for associates; forwards new hire paperwork and associate change paperwork in timely/organized fashion to central HR office as necessary.
    • Ensure completion of I-9 forms and E-Verify, ensuring employment of only authorized workers; forwards completed I-9s to central HR office as necessary
    • Prompts supervisors on necessary associate performance evaluations and provides evaluations tools and resources to aide review
    • Assists with conducting associate investigations for designated region and partners with local management to develop and enforce appropriate corrective action as necessary.

    We think you'd be great for this role if you have:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a closely related field is preferred.
    • At least two (2) years' experience in Human Resources is preferred.
