    YOUR ROLE AT PFH:

    As a Licensed Practical Nurse you are responsible for providing direct nursing care under the supervision of a Physician or Nurse Practitioner.  You will:

    • Assists the Physician and/or Nurse Practitioner with patient exams.
    • Gathers patient history/Responsible for documentation
    • Sets up and draws any necessary labs and performs any special procedures as requested.
    • Provides patient education and counseling as needed.
    • Responsible for providing professional nursing care to clinic patients under the supervision of physicians/nurse practitioner and the Clinic Manager.
    • Obtain Medical Records from Outside Providers

    WE THINK YOU'D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for Licensed Practical Nurses.
    • Licensed as an LPN by the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
    • BCLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred.
    • Current licensure by the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
    • One year of experience as an LPN in physician office setting highly desired.
