    We’re excited to introduce a new opportunity to join our team as a Program Manager supporting one of our key health services programs!

    We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee the operations and performance of key project business units. This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), internal standards, and government regulations. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage deliverables, and collaborate with executive leadership to drive project goals, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. This is a pivotal role for someone who excels in performance analysis, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement.

    Job Description

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    - Oversee and manage the Project's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing profit and loss statements to ensure financial targets are met and profitability is maintained.

    - Responsible for management and oversight of project business units, staff, and resources, ensures compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) and timeliness of contractually required reports and deliverables.

    - Participate with project and executive management to establish strategic plans, objectives, initiatives, and work plans.

    - Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports for performance measurement, quality, and efficiencies.

    - Identify potential problem areas, recommend solutions, and work closely and cooperatively with the client to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

    - Facilitate communication on project status, to include applicable corrective and preventive actions to leadership.

    - Ensure project budget and related financial schedules meet corporate requirements.

    - Assist with issues and risk management and participate in mitigation and contingency actions to address the risks.

    Minimum Requirements

    - Bachelor's degree in related field.

    - 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.

    - Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

    - Willing to travel within the state and to other states as needed occasionally
    - Experience in state based Health Care exchange preferred

    - Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare programs preferred

    - Must live in the state of WA, Olympia preferred

    - Willing to work onsite in our Olympia, WA office as needed

    Pay Transparency

    Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.

    Maximum Salary

    $ 130,000.00
