    Description & Requirements

    Maximus is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Program Support Manager to oversee key operations for the Wisconsin Works W2 project! In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance, managing program activities, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive impactful results.

    This position will require occasional travel to the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    - Develop project scope statements.

    - Provide leadership of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) session to identify specific project deliverables and defining accountability per unit.

    - Ensure business requirements and tasks are identified to create a detailed MS Project schedule.

    - Manage the identified project deliverables for completion by ensuring accountability per participating unit.

    - Develop and monitor risk plans to ensure mitigation strategies are in place and being executed.

    - Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders.

    - Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures.

    - Monitor and facilitate the tracking and resolution of issues impacting the project.

    - Perform other duties as assigned.

    - Must be willing and able to travel to the Milwaukee, WI as needed.

    - Supervise staff by providing clear direction, consistent feedback, and support to ensure high performance and alignment with program goals.

    - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align program activities with overall business strategies and objectives.

    - Manage day-to-day program operations to ensure activities are executed effectively and in compliance with contract terms, as well as state and federal regulations.

    - Lead and oversee workforce services initiatives, ensuring program outcomes are achieved in alignment with organizational goals.

    - Manage multiple programs or lines of business concurrently, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality across all service areas.

    - Oversee program budgets, ensuring all financial activities operate within approved guidelines and that resources are used efficiently.

    Minimum Requirements:

    - Bachelor's degree in related field.

    - 5-7 years of relevant professional experience

    Home office requirements:

    - Reliable high-speed internet service

    - Minimum 20 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity

    - Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds

    Pay Transparency

    Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
