Assist Talent Acquisition teams in the development and implementation of pre-employment and pre-assignment assessments and other selection methods utilized to ensure that Maximus continues to hire top talent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to the assessments team leader in the development of content and scoring for leadership tests, simulations and assessments
• Ensure the technical integrity of solutions through the writing of technical reports, analysis of data and creation of norms and standards
• Coordinate the implementation of new assessment tests with both new and existing assessment testing users
• Assist with the establishment of practices for data collection, reporting and analysis
• Develop reports and presentations to internal management, including internal program marketing collateral
• Assist with internal cost tracking and supporting Talent Acquisition in proper business unit chargebacks

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Preferred fields of study: Human Resources, Business Administration, Human and Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field of study.
• Previous experience in the collection and analysis of data is strongly preferred
• Self-motivated with a strong work initiative and attention to detail.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a particular emphasis on quantitative analysis
• Superior written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Strong teamwork skills are required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Office 365 applications
