    The Customer Experience & Design Innovation Department is searching a Business Systems Analyst to independently perform responsible analytical work in support of Authority mission, goals and objectives.  The ideal candidate will plan, manage, evaluate and participate in the development and execution of various Authority initiatives and plans and;

     

    1. Analyzes business processes to include procedure improvements, deployment of resources or training and partners with departments in the development and implementation of performance measurements for the Authority.

    2. Analyzes and documents business systems and user requirements; researches system functionality, configurations and modifications to improve productivity.

    3. Reviews and tests software packages as it relates to Authority/department needs.

    4. Develops new or modifies custom reports using Authority licensed software tools; generates reports and data extracts; comments all reports and scripts to enhance maintainability.

    5. Trains users on applications features, functionality, and operations; prepares training materials and hand-outs; coordinates and conducts group and individual training sessions.

    6. Troubleshoots functional issues and interfaces with IT staff and/or software vendors to resolve on a timely basis.

    7. Provides functional expertise to appropriate Authority personnel in software selections and consulting agreements as needed; attends and participates on a variety of committees; provides work direction and guidance to users; performs a variety of special projects as assigned.

    Required Experience

    EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • Graduation from an accredited college or university;
    • Two to three years of progressively responsible professional experience providing business systems analytics;
    • Three to four years report building experience;
    • Equivalent combination of training and experience.

     

    DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE, HIRING RANGE IS BETWEEN 62,450 TO 81,209
