This position is within the People, Leadership & Development organization (Human Resources) of Safelite. PLD is made up of Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, HRIS and Shared Services and HR business partners. This position is perfect for a candidate that is detailed oriented, social media savvy and interested in the recruitment function within Human Resources. Recruitment Essential Functions: Research best practices on recruitment strategies and candidate behavior Assist with the auditing and entry of HR data Coordinate interview schedules and agendas for candidates and internal interview teams Develop and execute ways to reach potential candidates via social media techniques Develop reports and complete analysis for business partners Document processes and procedures recommending opportunities for improvement Provide support for our associates and managers by researching and resolving questions.
