We are searching for an individual with demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skills. The selected individual will drive customer experience innovations for the benefit of airport stakeholders and passengers, utilize data analytics and business intelligence to anticipate future innovations and;
- Leads the digital transformation of the airport experience and terminal systems from both perspective of internal stakeholders and passengers through experience and process innovations.
- Strategizes and directs the design, development, improvement, and governance of business intelligence (BI) systems, programs, and services to meet the airport's current and future information needs.
- Collaborates cross departmentally (Operations, Development, Information Technology and Finance) to ensure the BI platform and its services provide accurate, timely and actionable information to its various data consumers. Drives toward education on and adoption of business intelligence in the enterprise.
- Leads a team of business optimization strategists and data analysts and oversees prioritization, project, and task assignments to meet committed deliverables and on-demand requirements. Coaches and mentors associates to elevate their performance and ensures retention of qualified staff.
- Ensures the reliability, security, and availability of systems for reporting, analysis, and data extracts.
- Assesses and implements technology, data sources, processes, and people strategy to enable new insights, meet future business strategies and enhance the customer experience.
- Works with industry (airline, government agencies, sanitation, maintenance, and concessionaires among others), internal stakeholders and passenger interest groups to build and maintain effective relationships and partnerships.
- Drives innovation and development of solutions to meet customer needs; remains current on industry trends as it relates to customer experience and innovation to ensure strategy and roadmaps are met; analyzes and assess Key Performance Indicators to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Directs the development of and monitors performance against the department’s budget; ensures the availability of program funding; manages and directs the development, implementation and evaluation of work programs, plans, processes, systems, and procedures; develops and administers the department budget.

Required Experience
REQUIRED EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- Undergraduate or technical certification with an emphasis in business intelligence, data analytics, information technology, computer programming, customer experience or a closely related field.
- At least ten years of progressively responsible experience in designing, implementing and managing a business intelligence unit and at least five of which were in a management capacity.
- Or an equivalent combination or training and experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate Degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, or closely related field.
- AAAE, CM or ACI certification
- Knowledge of ACRIS standards
THE HIRING SALARY FOR THIS POSITION IS $164,873.
