The Finance & Risk Management Department is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual in a Financial Analyst II role Enjoy a flexible telecommuting schedule (3 days remote, 2 days on-site) as you partner with departments across the organization to develop and manage operating expense budgets, conduct financial forecasting and:
Monitors, tracks, and analyzes Authority’s debt service obligations and assists with the Authority’s debt issuance program. Assists in investor and rating agency relationships.
Ensures the Authority meets ongoing tax, indenture, and securities debt compliance.
Assists in development and tracking of Authority’s financing plans and allocation of funds for capital projects.
Assists in management of banking, investment, and merchant services relationships.
Monitors and reviews cash, receivables, and investment balances; conducts cash flow analysis and forecasts; monitors and reviews tenant security deposits; maintains and updates Debt and Investment Polices.
Performs financial analyses and statistical computations for various financial models, feasibility studies and cost allocations

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: prior experience with Adaptive Insights is preferred, but not required.
THE HIRING SALARY FOR THIS POSITION IS $88,746.
